WHAT ARE SMALL GROUPS?
Small Groups typically consist of six to twelve people who meet regularly, often in someone's home, church or sometimes other locations.
Small Groups are communities built on trust, accountability, discipleship and fun where everyone can grow together on their spiritual journey sharing joys, struggles and questions about faith and life.
WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE TO LEAD A GROUP?
Group Leaders create safe and nurturing space where people can be truly seen and cared for as they explore their relationship with Jesus. Leaders guide their groups through growth, fellowship, and meaningful connection.
AM I QUALIFIED TO LEAD A GROUP?
Hebrews 10:24–25 (ESV) 24 And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, 25 not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.
